Characteristics of Silicone Rubber (Flame-Retardant) Power Cables:

1. Rated Voltage U0/U: 0.6/1 kV
2. Permissible Operating Temperature Range: -60°C to +180°C
3. During a short circuit (lasting no longer than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductors shall not exceed 250°C.
4. The ambient temperature during cable installation shall not be lower than -20°C.
5. The minimum bending radius during cable installation is specified as follows:
Single-core cables: The bending radius shall be no less than 15 times the cable's outer diameter (15D).
Three-core cables: The bending radius shall be no less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter (12D). (D = Cable Outer Diameter)

Technical Parameters:

1. DC Resistance of Finished Cable Conductors at 20°C: Must comply with the requirements of the GB/T 3956 standard. When normalized to a cable length of 1 meter, a nominal cross-sectional area of 1 mm², and a temperature of 20°C, the DC resistance of copper conductor cores shall not exceed 0.0184 ohms.
2. Insulation Resistance of Finished Cable Insulated Cores: When normalized to a cable length of 1 km and a temperature of 20°C, the insulation resistance of the insulated cores shall be no less than 50 MΩ for conductor cross-sections of 50 mm² and below, and no less than 35 MΩ for cross-sections ranging from 70 mm² to 185 mm².
3. The finished cable shall withstand a power-frequency AC test voltage of 3 kV applied for 5 minutes, without any insulation breakdown.
