Rare Earth Alloy Power Cable

Have you ever had this problem? The cable bends in a cable tray. The connection gets loose after two years. This is not an installation problem. It is a material problem.
Our cable is made for indoor use, cable trays, and pipe installation. It is non-armoured. The Rare Earth Alloy Power Cable has a voltage rating from 0.6/1kV up to 26/35kV.
Its core is an 8000 series rare earth aluminum conductor. We use AA8030 material. We use a continuous casting and rolling process. Its elongation rate is more than 30% higher than pure aluminum. So it is very flexible. It can absorb vibration energy. In bent pipes or curved cable trays, it keeps the connection reliable for a long time.

The insulation is XLPE. We use a dry curing process. Its rated working temperature is 90°C. For emergency overload, it can reach 130°C. Under full load, its service life is more than 30 years.

The outer layer is an environmentally friendly PVC sheath. We add UV stabilizers to the sheath material. For outdoor temporary use or indoor places with strong light, it does not age easily.

The Rare Earth Alloy Power Cable weighs about 50% less than a copper cable. The labor for your workers goes down. You can also use wider support spans on cable trays. Its minimum bend radius is only 7 times the cable outer diameter.

Use our cable with our special aluminum terminals for crimping. The contact resistance will be very stable. It will not loosen over time. Its working temperature range is -40°C to 90°C.

We accept third party inspection. In one order for the MOQ, you can mix colors or models. Our factory has been making cables since 2001. We have our own R&D team.
