Many industrial sites have three problems at the same time. High heat. Oil and wear. Electromagnetic interference. Full silicone rubber shielded cables like YGC-P can handle high heat and interference. But they are not oil resistant. Their price is also high.
Our Braided Shield Silicone NBR-PVC Cable combines three advantages in one. Silicone rubber insulation handles high heat. NBR-PVC sheath handles oil and wear. Copper wire braid shielding handles interference. Its voltage rating is 0.6/1kV. It is a universal mobile power cable.
The conductor is Class 5 tin plated soft copper wire. Multiple strands of fine copper wire are twisted together. The cable is very soft. It is good for frequent bending. The tin plating stops oxidation at high temperatures.
The insulation is silicone rubber. Temperature rating is 180°C. Electrical properties are good. Insulation resistance is high. Even at high temperatures, it keeps good insulation performance.
One core is the shielding layer. After stranding the insulated cores, we wrap a layer of tin plated copper wire braid. The braid density is not less than 80%. This shielding layer effectively blocks outside electromagnetic interference. It also stops signals inside the cable from radiating out.
Another core is the sheath. The outer layer is NBR-PVC. This material is oil resistant. It is wear resistant. Its tear strength is much higher than silicone rubber. It is also flame retardant. It self extinguishes.
The overall working temperature of this cable is determined by the sheath. NBR-PVC can only handle 105°C. So the maximum working temperature of this cable is 105°C, not 180°C. Please note this.
The working temperature range is -40°C to 105°C. The minimum bend radius for mobile installation is 6 times the cable outer diameter.
When installing, the shielding layer must be grounded at one end only. Do not ground both ends. This cable is especially good for places with oil, interference, and movement. Its price is lower than full silicone rubber shielded cables. But its performance is very complete.
The Braided Shield Silicone NBR-PVC Cable is inspected before packing. Every reel is checked. If the goods arrive at your site and are damaged, and it is our fault, we will replace them. We pay all costs. We provide a 1 year warranty.
