Not every high temperature place needs a 200°C top tier cable. In paper making, printing and dyeing, and rubber vulcanization, the ambient temperature is usually between 100°C and 125°C. If you choose full F46 or silicone rubber cable, the performance is too much. The cost is also too high.

Our product is a high cost performance heat resistant cable. It uses F46 insulation with a heat resistant 105°C PVC sheath. Its voltage rating is 0.6/1kV. It is made for fixed installation lines with a conductor working temperature not exceeding 105°C.

The conductor is tin plated copper wire. The tin plating resists oxidation. The insulation is F46. F46 has a high temperature margin, reaching 200°C. This ensures that even at the sheath's limit of 105°C, the insulation layer is still in a very safe operating zone. The electrical safety margin is large.

The core is the sheath. The outer layer is heat resistant 105°C grade PVC. This PVC uses heat resistant plasticizers to raise the working temperature limit from 70°C to 105°C. Its price is much lower than F46 or silicone rubber.

The processing temperature windows of F46 and PVC are very different. During production, we use a segmented cooling process. This prevents the PVC from cracking due to thermal stress.

Compared to full F46 cable YJ-F46, this product changes the sheath material from F46 to heat resistant 105°C PVC. The material cost is reduced by about 40%. Compared to ordinary YJV cable, it solves the over temperature risk.

The sheath long term working temperature is 105°C. Short term overload can reach 120°C. We did a heat pressure test to GB/T 2951.6. Under load at 105°C, the indentation depth was ≤50%. This proves it has enough mechanical protection at its rated temperature.

The conductor working temperature is 105°C. This temperature is determined by the sheath, not the insulation. The minimum bend radius is 8 times the cable outer diameter.

Note: Do not use it in environments above 110°C. Otherwise the PVC sheath will soften and deform. It will lose physical protection of the insulation.

The High-Temp Power Cable FEP FR 105℃ PVC is inspected before packing. Every reel is checked. If the goods arrive at your site and are damaged, and it is our fault, we will replace them. We pay all costs. We provide a 1 year warranty.
